A physical language of thought and feeling. It holds a history of stories in movement. It pushes through space to grasp new perceptions of rhythm, cycles, time…
Raising the arms to express hope, release, prayer. Pushing against the ground to reveal a struggle with gravity, an old story, an uncomfortable truth. Shifting from human, to animal, to spirit. Spinning to unify. Falling to break apart. Rolling to find a new place to stand.

These sessions pull my heart strings as I feel dance so deeply. I hope the images convey my appreciation of this artistic form which leaves echoes of itself, silently in the air. A photo of a dancer, is a small residual that the dancer leaves behind, while they keep dancing, in this life, and perhaps beyond,
continuing with the dance of all things.
